Permanent Labor Certification Program – Statistics

Employment-Based Green Cards: The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) allows U.S. employers to sponsor foreign workers to work for them on a permanent basis in the United States. The process with the DOL is known as “PERM”. The PERM is an online application process filed with the DOL and is the first and most important step of a multi-step process to obtain the green card.
